We've just kicked off marketing for 2008's Summer Camps, but I have a question for you...
What do you think we should do to market our Summer Camps?
We've dramatically increased our capacity this year from last year, as we filled very quickly last year, but we'd like to make sure that everyone who should know about the camps does know about them.

Market in the local paper.
Including prices on the website for camps and lessons would be useful as well.
Print some small flyers and give them to local schools to give out. Kinda gets the kids going - and then the parents pursue it. I've sent my kids to some interesting activities that way. Phone the local school board and ask if they allow that. Good luck!
I would maybe consider lowering the price. 350 a week just for the day is alot when you can go over night camps including horseback for 300.
try rec centers for advertising
Price is actually something I've wanted to address.
Yes, you can find a horseback riding overnight camp for $300/week. But, camps like that are generally run by churches or charities who have funding and volunteers. You won't find a commercial operation charging $300/week for an overnight camp, simply because you can't afford to pay people to look after the kids for $300/week.
It's impossible for us to compete with organizations that receive funding and don't have to pay staff. Lots of them were also given their land many years ago.
